In England we spent untold hours frolicking at our favorite places: Jane Austen’s House and Chawton House. We spent the majority of our time in the wilderness and gardens at both of these charming houses. In the spring and summer at Chawton House we would lie underneath flowering apple trees, their pink and white flowers heavy with pollen and watch the bees and butterflies flit from blossom to blossom. The gardens were a place we went with no other purpose but to play.
We love applying a modern, playful approach to brewing. This modern IPA is no exception. We hope it accompanies you as you frolic.
