In the peak of Autumn, Kyle traveled back to England to visit friends, to center and reacquaint himself with the culture that has so greatly influenced his brewing style.
In the Lakes District, Kyle spent time with his friend, Matt Clarke, who owns Lakes Brew Co. Matt crafts inspiring, thoughtful beers. They hiked the lakes, swapped stories, shared meals and pints, and created a collaboration brew together.
Kyle wanted to commemorate the time he spent in England with a special beer, a nod to Ambleside, where Lakes Brew Co. is opening a pub, and where Kyle stayed during his visit. Ambleside Pale Ale, is a tribute to Matt and the meticulous, flavorful brews from the Lakes Brew Co. team.
